I rate this sea moss highly. I have been taking the green goddess for over a year now. I had a break for over a month and my skin was not as clear and glowing as it is when taken the sea moss. I get the lemon infused and I eat it direct with no issues. Overall I feel better in myself when consuming this. I have tried a few of the other mixes and my partner is currently taking the blue lagoon. All the mixes benefit in different ways.
